Title:
Santa Fe Railroad Depot built in the early 1900's with the famous "California Construction." The building joists were on the outside of the building and the siding was inside, a single thickness of sheeting, no lath or plaster. Plumbing web added later was on the outside. "It didn't freeze in California so why build with thick walls."
